2. What are your top three suggestions for enhancing and improving the existing open space in your community?
Think about the existing open space you use or know about in your community.
Please prioritize your top three suggestions (specific and/or general) for how these spaces could be enhanced and improved at the top of your post.

Three Suggestions
1. Renovating the Reading Terminal Viaduct into a public trail - the areas between Vine and Spring Garden, east of Broad Street would benefit greatly through reclaiming the Viaduct. Following the lead of Paris and New York City, Philly can transform this industrial relic into a place where everyone can gather to jog, walk their dog, escape from the city, etc. It'd offer an unparalleled vantage point to view the philly skyline and serve as a centerpiece for the development of the neighborhood. In addition, there is concern that Viaduct is still polluted from its days serving the Reading Railine, and thus should be cleaned up anyway. This historic relic of the golden age of American railroad companies should be preserved, celebrated, and reclaimed for all Philadelphians.
2. Franklin Square - I think it'd be more utilized if it was easier to access. Perhaps, steps can be taken to make crossing Race Street more pedestrian friendly. The recent renovations have made it really nice.
3. City Hall - It'd be nice to see some more grass and trees in central square.
